LdM & Oxfam presents Gluten Free Fridays

Everyone loves Italian foods, their subtlety, simplicity, richness, and history. However, it can be hard to enjoy all the delicacy if you have gluten free diet, as Italian cuisine – pasta, pizza, panini – is quite heavy on carbs. But there is a good news! LdM cooking school, with Oxfam, will make it easier for you.

LdM Cooking School organized Gluten Free Fridays, a series of eight cooking events to discover gluten free recipes, from October to November in collaboration with Molino Rossetto and Probios e Nutrifree. Trendy bloggers Chiara Brandi (Forchettina Giramondo) and Gaia Murarolli (Ginger Gluten Free) will share their techniques and recipies. Recipes include typical, more common Italian foods such as pizza, gnocchi, cake, chocolate, and coffee, and some exotic or new ingredients like quinoa, cous cous, and ginger.

Do you know what’s better? You can also help other people and the environment by cooking and eating! The entire profit will be donated to Oxfam, and will increase the income of eight hundred families by 25%, and that’s a lot! All the ingredients are organic, too.
