The reopening of the early renaissance rooms at the Uffizi Gallery

Under the Uffizi project, artwork from the early renaissance were put in the Uffizi’s storage rooms in order to remodel rooms to improve the air-conditioning and lighting. After nine months of closure, the Uffizi Gallery reopens their doors to showcase artwork from the 13th-15th century.

Now, 14 additional artworks have been added to the Sala di primitive, rooms 2-7 are on display to the public.
